How do bosses and anomaly powers connect?

The official store describes vice-president bosses with their own unique anomaly powers and says you can acquire those powers after defeating them. That makes a boss reward more than a trophy: it can change how a later build creates damage, control or survivability. The exact power values remain version-sensitive and are not invented here.

Build advice should therefore separate the permanent fact that boss powers exist from the current tuning of an individual power. When a patch changes combat or a boss phase, the strategy entry needs a new version label even if the story identity remains the same.

• Check whether the power supports the current weapon pair or duplicates it.
• Separate a run-only synergy from permanent bus progression.
• Do not quote hidden damage, odds or cooldowns unless the current build exposes and reproduces them.
• Revisit the choice after official balance notes, especially when enemy damage or combat mechanics change.

Why is this not labeled a complete all-boss list?

Several creators have uploaded complete runs and all-boss videos, including Zhain Gaming. Some videos have no chapters or usable transcript, so this guide lists a boss name or phase only when it can be confirmed on an official page or in a clearly visible frame. The same caution applies to ending videos.
